Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 7-day Return, which means you have 7 days after receipt of your order.
For a successful return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Cancellation Policy
1. House Of Sajja does not encourage cancellation of orders once placed. However, the following considerations shall be taken into account.
2. A customer places the same order more than once for the same product and the same quantity within a span of 24 hours.
3. Cancellation shall be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders are already shipped.

Exchange Policy
House of Sajja does not encourage and offer exchange service of any products.

Refund
The refund will be processed for the canceled and received damaged orders only and the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly if the order was C.O. D. Kindly mention Bank Details in the Return Request.
Refunds shall be processed within 21 working days from the date of refund confirmation.
